RSO Refresher Training Requirements in Canada

REGDOC-1.6.2 (August 2021) requires that RSOs maintain their qualifications through refresher training that covers changes to safety standards, equipment, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The CNSC recommends refresher training at least every 3 to 5 years, or whenever significant changes occur.

Upon completion, your certificate of completion serves as documented evidence of RSO refresher training for licence renewals and CNSC inspections.
