CNSC Inspector issued a stop work order to an industrial radiography company in Edmonton following a remote (virtual) inspection. The inspection identified several non-compliances with regulatory requirements related to inventory control, exposure device maintenance, records availability and maintenance, worker designation and training, ascertainment of doses and adherence to internal procedures. The inspection identified that the licensee had failed to implement an effective radiation protection program.
